Norma Jean Estes Holcomb, 77, of Boston, died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. She was born Oct. 3, 1938, in Lancaster. She was a member of Youngers Creek Baptist Church, where she served as WMU Director for many years.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe C. Holcomb; and her parents, Norman and Edna Belle Estes.
She is survived by one son, Mike (Debbie) Holcomb of Jackson; two daughters, Lisa (Bobby Joe Reiter) Holcomb of New Haven and Amy (John Peake) Tracy of Lebanon Junction; one sister, Barbara Burgin of Hamilton, Ohio; one brother, Billy Estes of Lancaster; three grandchildren, Lori (Tim) Hogg, Zachary (Kelly) Peebles, and Morgan Bradley; one great-grandson, Caden Hogg; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral is 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in the Lancaster Cemetery in Lancaster. Bro. Ron Lewis will officiate.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, 2016, and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
