Pamela Jewell Smith, 36, of Bardstown, died Saturday, July 27, 2019, at Norton Kosair Childrens Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Jewell Thompson; and one nephew, Christopher L. Trueblood.
She is survived by two daughters, Mallory Kennedy and Shyann Kennedy, both of Bardstown; her mother, Norma Jean (John) Summers of Bardstown; two sisters, Angela Rebecca Smith of Louisa and Kenzie Summers of Bardstown; a twin brother, Brian (Shawna) Smith of Hodgenville; one brother, Taylor Summers of Bardstown; and five nephews and nieces, Jayden Smith of Louisa, Timothy Hedges, Christopher Hedges, Katie Smith and Carol Simpson of Hodgenville.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, 2019, at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Radcliff with the Rev. Donnie Crowe officiating. Burial is in Valley Creek Church Cemetery in Elizabethtown.
Visitation is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
The Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
