Pamela Jo Trinkle, 57, of Bardstown, died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014, at Jewish Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Corrine Trinkle.
She is survived by her partner of 20 years Robert Crump; three daughters, Misty Trinkle of Independence, and Nikki Crump and Kayla Crump, both of Bardstown; one son, William Trinkle of Independence; and two brothers, Roger Trinkle of Bardstown and Kenneth Trinkle of Dry Ridge.
Cremation was chosen with no services.
The Barlow Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
