Patricia Gail Hodge Blackburn, 59, died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018, at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and June Stielburg Hodge; one sister, Peggy Taylor; and one brother, Frank Hodge.
Survivors include her daughter, Stacey Hodge; three sisters, Rosemary King, Pamela Daugherty and Karen Stivers; four brothers, Gene, David, Ronald and Allen Hodge; and two grandchildren.
The funeral is 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, 2018, at the Vine Hill Cemetery in Clermont with Bro. Michael Nalley of Mount Carmel Baptist Church officiating.
The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
