Patrik Andreas Viens, 56, of Bardstown, died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, at his residence. He was born June 10, 1960, in Berlin, Germany to the late Wilfred 
A. and Roswitha Nalley Viens. He was a former employee of Intertec in Springfield and a member of the Catholic faith.
He is was preceded in death by his son, Travis Viens; and one sister, Manuela Viens.
He is survived by two daughters, Hannah and Haley Viens, both of Bardstown; one sister, Cathy Chesser of Bardstown; one brother, Maurice (Tracye) Nalley of Anthem, Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen by the family with a graveside service at a later date at St. Joseph Cemetery.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home, 1475 New Shepherdsville Road, is in charge of arrangements.
