Rebecca “Bee” Edelen, 73, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014, at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon. She was born June 24, 1941, in Lebanon. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Leo Edelen (1998); her parents, Lawrence Birtle and Flora Wade Mattingly; one sister, Colleen Humes; and two brothers, Ronnie Mattingly and Lawrence Mattingly.
Survivors include four sisters, Louise Deering, Shirley Nalley and Jeanette Goode, all of Lebanon, and Rhonda Wise of Campbellsville; and several nieces and nephews.
The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22, 2014, at St. Augustine Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 21, 2014, the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a prayer service at 7 p.m. with Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
