Obituary: Richard C. Masterson, 72, New Haven

Richard C. Masterson, 72, of New Haven, died Friday, April 7, 2017. He was a retired EMT serving both in Louisville and Nelson County. He was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church, and a U.S. Army Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Anna Mae Hall Masterson; and one daughter, Tammy Masterson.

He is survived by one daughter, Missy Bowling (Donnie); one sister, Mary Ann Boone; two brothers, Joseph Robert Masterson and Daniel Edward Masterson; three grandchildren, Eric (Amy) Bowling, Patrick Bowling and Tyler Masterson; and one great-grandson, Ashton Bowling.

The Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at St. Catherine Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Monday, April 10, 2017, and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
