Richard D. (Ricky) “Dino” Dean, age 69, of Willisburg, passed away at 10:10 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026 at his home.
RICHARD (RICKY) “DINO” DARRELL DEAN
He was born on Aug. 16, 1956 in Lebanon, to the late Marvin T. and Laura Durr Dean.
He was a former employee of Bluegrass Dairy in Springfield.
Preceding him in death was a sister, Phyllis Hughes and three brothers, William “Woody” Dean, Doug Dean and Alton “Boo” Dean.
Survivors include his wife, Dana Hudson Dean; a son, Richard Corey Dean (Pamela) of Frankfort; a granddaughter, Adley Dean; a brother, James Dean (Peggy) of Shepherdsville; two sisters, Melinda Fenwick (Ricky) of Springfield and Carolyn Crawford of Lawrenceburg and sisters-in-law, Carolyn Dean of Springfield and Samantha Hudson of Willisburg.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, August 15th at the Willisburg Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. Keith Creech and Rev. Mike Willingham officiating.
Burial will be in the Brush Grove Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Corey Dean, Pamela Dean, Jonathan Hudson, Laura Hudson, Adam Hudson and Ronnie Baker.
Visitation will be at the Willisburg Church of God of Prophecy from 4 until 8 Friday and after 8:00 Saturday.
