Robert Joseph “Bobby Joe” Nalley, 46, of St. Francis, died Monday, Jan. 26, 2015, at his home. He was born Sept. 26, 1968, in Nelson County. He was a former employee of Buzick Construction Company in Bardstown.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Harry Nalley, Jr.; his grandparents, Harry Nalley and Joseph Earl and Mary Kathleen Blanford; and one infant brother, Joseph Kenneth Nalley.
Survivors include his mother, Mary Pat Moore (Tom) of Bardstown; his grandmother, Laura Jean Nalley of St. Francis; one sister, Kathy Jo Nalley of St. Francis; one niece, Kristin Robey; two nephews, Michael Thompson and Devin Nalley; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
The Mass of Christian Burial is 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6785 Highway 52, St. Francis, with cremation to follow. The Rev. Emil Kandor will officiate.
Visitation is 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015, at the Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.
