Sarah Grace Jennings, 35, of Radcliff passed away Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026, at UofL Health South.

She was born Nov. 24, 1990 in Winston Salem, North Carolina to her parents, Charles William and Jennifer Lynn Brown Jennings.
Sarah enjoyed being active in the Special Olympics with her brother.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Everett and Grace Brown and Herschel and Mary Jennings and a cousin, Cheyenne Brown.
Survivors include her children, Gracelynn Annette and Mollybeth Gail Jennings; parents, Charles and Jenny Jennings; sister, Marie Lenae Jennings; brother, Logan Kyle Jennings and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14, 2026, at Trowbridge Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction with cremation to follow.
Visitation will begin at noon. Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to the Special Olympics of Kentucky.
Trowbridge Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction has been entrusted with the arrangements.
