Wally William “Wally Fox” Miles, 80, of Bloomfield, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018, in Landmark of Bardstown. He was born Sept. 27, 1938, in Bloomfield to the late John Wesley and Anna Mae Sheckles Miles. He was a farmer, a member of Bloomfield 2nd Baptist Church, and loved his family and friends.
He is survived by two sisters, Sue Mary Miles of Washington, D.C. and Sally Beulah of Bowie, Md.; one brother, John (Darlene) Miles of Bloomfield; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The going home service is 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018 at the Bloomfield 2nd Baptist church with the Rev. Joseph Marshall officiating. Burial is in the Bloomfield Cemetery.
Visitation is noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, 2019, at the church.
The Houghlin Funeral Home of Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
