Elza Ned Hagan, 74, of Bracken County, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Stuben and Bertha May LaFollettee Hagan; and three 
brothers, Paul Hagan, Ivo Hagan and William Hagan.
He is survived by one brother, Arnold Hagan (Rachel); and two nephews, Tim Hagan and David Hagan.
The graveside service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018, at the Valley Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven is in charge of arrangements.
