

Patricia Ann “Patti” Troutman Philpott, 76, of Louisville, died Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017, at her home. She was born May 20, 1940 in Boston. She was a retired nursing assistant for 25 years for Hardin Memorial Hospital, and then Suburban Hospital. She was an associate for Kroger in Louisville for 15 years. She was a member of Lyndon Baptist Church, and an avid lover of animals.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen “Stoney” Philpott; and her parents, Ivo and Gladys Troutman.
She is survived by her son, Craig (Nichole) Beam of Bardstown; one daughter, Lesley (Phillip) Ferrell of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; two sisters, Betty Troutman (Chick) Harned of Boston and Melinda Troutman Hanson of Sadiville; one brother, Terry Craig Troutman of Boston; and eight grandchildren, Candace Beam, Olivia Beam, Lyndsey Ferrell, Kendall Ferrell, Makenzie Ferrell, Samantha Willett, Olivia Willett and Danielle Willett.
The memorial service is 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, 2017, at Barlow Funeral Home with her brother, Chaplain Terry Troutman officiating.
Visitation is noon- 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may go to Humane Society of Nelson County.
