Patricia “Patty” Shewmaker Parrott, 87, of Jimtown Road, Springfield, died at 7 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at her residence.
She is survived by her husband, Lee Parrott; her children, Bob “Susan” Parrott of Springfield, Jean “Tommy” Butcher of Galax, Va., and Sandy Parrott “Terry” Warner of Springfield; one sister, Jean Shewmaker of Houston; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, at Springfield Christian Church with burial in the St. Dominic-Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, 2017, and 7-10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield.
