Portion of North Fifth Street to close Thursday for utility work

Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017 — North Fifth Street from West Broadway to Tiger Alley will be closed from 9 a.m. to until 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017 due to utility work. According to a media release, AT&T contractors will replace a utility pole at the corner of West Broadway and Fifth Street. The work will require closure of both the street and sidewalk until the work is completed.
