Shawna Rene Ebrecht, 37, of Bardstown, died Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown. She was the former Shawna Renee Helm, a native of Louisville, a homemaker, and was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her father; Lester Steven Helm. She is survived by her husband; George Ebrecht; her mother; Janice Wilson of Louisville; two stepdaughters, Heather Garrett and her husband Todd, Sabrina Rivera and her husband Eddie, all of Louisville; a stepson; Lee Ebrecht of Bardstown; two sisters, Stefanie Reeves and her husband David of Louisville, Tonya Singleton and her husband Darrell of Smyrna, Tenn; two brothers, “Little Billy” Singleton of Louisville and Wayne Swartz and his wife Laverne of Shepherdsville; seven grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The funeral is 10 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2012, at the Greenwell-Houghlin Northside Funeral Home, with burial in the Bardstown Cemetery. Bro. Wayne Swartz will officiate.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Friday, March 23, 2012, at the Greenwell-Houghlin Northside Funeral Home.
