Sheriff’s Office set press conference regarding Crystal Rogers investigation

Monday, July 6, 2015 — Nelson County Sheriff Ed Mattingly will hold a press conference Monday at 3 p.m. regarding their investigation into the search for Crystal M. Rogers. The Nelson County Gazette and WBRT Radio will have full reports following the press conference.

Rogers was last seen Friday by her boyfriend. Her disabled car, a maroon 2007 Chevrolet, was found abandoned on the parkway, along with Rogers’ keys and personal belongings. Rogers is described as 35 years old, 5-foot-9 in height, 150 lbs with blonde shoulder-length hair.

Meanwhile, Rogers’ family and friends have been searching the area of the 14 mile marker Monday morning on foot and on ATVs looking clues that may help investigators determine where Rogers may have gone.
