Susie Mae Keeling Miller, 82, of New Hope, died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011, at her home.
She was born in Spencer Countyto the late Newtonand Nannie Mae Ireland Keeling. She was a Baptist by faith, and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Curtis Allen Miller; and three siblings James, Ruby Christine and Effie.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Merine (Joe Louis) Bickett, Loretto, and Miggie Kathern Miller, New Hope; two sons, Fred Miller and Tony Miller, both ofNew Hope; two brothers, Elva Keeling and Harvey Keeling; three sisters, Doris Carterton, Elizabeth Riley and Mary Louis Shields; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
The funeral is noon Friday, Oct. 7, 2011, at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven with the Rev. Dixie Kimberlin officiating. Burial will follow in theSt.Vincent DePaul Cemetery.
Visitation is 9 a.m. until noon, Friday, Oct. 7, 2011, at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home.
