morning from 11 to noon for a discussion about the proposed Bluegrass Pipeline.
Host Jim Brooks' guests Tuesday morning will be local property owners who oppose the pipeline, which — as proposed — will travel the entire length of Nelson County's eastern border.
Residents along the pipeline's proposed path have expressed concerns about how the pipeline will affect their property values, the environment, the possibility of leaks, explosions or other accidents.
