Tuesday, April 2, 2013 — David Adams, a Lexington conservative who filed a lawsuit earlier this month challenging the legality of Gov. Steve Beshear’s executive order creating Obamacare health exchanges, will be the in-studio guest Tuesday on WBRT’s “Brooks & Company.” Adams’ lawsuit challenges the authority on which Beshear claims he had the power to create the healthcare exchanges in Kentucky.
