Monday, Aug. 26, 2013, 1 p.m. — Kentucky 2nd District Congressman Brett Guthrie has two local town hall meetings set for Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013 in Springfield and Bardstown.
Guthrie’s town hall meeting in Springfield is set for 4:30 p.m. on the campus of St. Catharine College.
Guthrie’s Nelson County town hall meeting is 7 p.m. at the main branch of the Nelson County Public Library, 201 Cathedral Manor, Bardstown.
Attendees can expect to hear a brief legislative update of the Congressman’s efforts in Washington, with a primary focus on audience questions and concerns. The town hall meetings are an effective way of voicing your concerns and to learn our elected representative’s stance on important issues facing Americans.
