Thursday, May 5, 2016, 10 a.m. – The Bardstown City Council special-called meeting of Tuesday, May 3, 2016, featured discussion of an investigation of Mayor John Royalty concluding with the 3-3 tie vote. With no majority, the motion for an investigation failed.
