Sunday, July 24, 2016, `0 a.m. – The Bardstown Historic Review Board met July 19, 2016, to review a number of applications for Certificates of Appropriateness for changes in the city’s historic district. The board also reviewed its guidelines and discussed briefly a telecommunications company that has proposed to place 70-foot tall cellular antenna poles in city right-of-way in the historic district.
