Friday, Oct. 16, 2015 — The Bardstown City Council heard an appeal of a decision by the Historic Review Board regarding roof color of a home on West Broadway. This was the first appeal the council heard since historic preservation was moved from the Joint City-County Planning Commission to Bardstown City Hall.
