Sunday, July 24, 2016, 10 a.m. – Nelson Fiscal Court met Tuesday, July 19, 2016. The court delayed taking action on a zoning change that would allow distilled spirits warehouses as a conditional use on Agriculture zoned tracts 20 to 100 acres in size. The court approved requests for paving in District 4 and discussed the benefit of a “rocket docket” program that will get certain offenders through the court system in a more timely manner.
