Thursday, April 2, 2015 — A Bardstown woman was arrested Tuesday on alcohol charges after she was 
involved in an injury rollover accident on Purcell Avenue.
According to Bardstown Police, Kayla Linton, 25, attempted to pass a pickup truck as it attempted a left turn into a driveway on Purcell Avenue. Linton’s 2004 Ford Taurus struck the pickup’s left front bumper and continued northbound until it struck a utility pole and overturned.
Two juveniles were in the car, one of which was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital by Nelson County EMS.
Linton was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and wanton endangerment. She was lodged in the Nelson County Jail.
