Obituary: Mary Elizabeth Masden, 90, Lebanon Junction
Mary Elizabeth Masden, 90, of Lebanon Junction, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, at North Hardin Health and Rehabilitation. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Lebanon Junction.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. “B-Rod” Masden; parents, Charles and Hazel Altie Owens Leece; two sisters, Betty Jo Reeks and Nellie 
Brummett; three brothers, Edgar Leece, Willie Leece and Doug Leece.
Survivors include three daughters, Billie Jo Ricketts (Gary) and Nancy Sullivan (Bill), both of Lebanon Junction, and Charlotte Johnson (George) of Shepherdsville; one son, Steven Masden (Clara); one sister, Ollie King of Crab Orchard; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018, at the Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction with Pastor Mike Rodgers officiating. Burial is in the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, 2018, and after 9 a.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the First Baptist Church of Lebanon Junction Hospitality Committee.
