Tuesday, July 3, 2012, 11:40 p.m. — A 14-year-old boy was transported Tuesday night by Nelson County EMS for a possible drug overdose after the teen admitted to taking up to 11 pills of varying types, some of which were his mother’s. A passenger vehicle carrying the teenager met with an EMS squad on Bloomfield Road at Nelson County High School. The call to EMS came in about 11:15 p.m.
