Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015, 4:50 p.m. — A teenager was injured Tuesday afternoon when the bicycle he was riding struck the rear of a 2000 Dodge Caravan on East Broadway. Nelson County EMS, Bardstown Fire and Bardstown Police were dispatched at 4:05 p.m. for the injury accident. A 15-year-old boy was apparently going down hill on his bicycle and crashed into the back of the van, shattering the rear glass. EMS transported the teen to Flaget Memorial Hospital with cuts and abrasions.
