Bardstown Fire called out Wed. night for odor investigation

Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011, 11:56 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department responded to the area of the 5600 block of Louisville Road for an odor investigation just before midnight Wednesday night. Caller reports the smell of burning wires in the residence. Firefighters checked the residence but found no smoke or possible source. Firefighters were on scene for about 40 minutes.
