Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, 1 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department was called Sunday afternoon about 12:40 p.m. to the area of Buzicks on East John Rowan Blvd. for a reported smell of natural gas. Firefighters searched the area but were unable to find a source. Gusty winds apparently cleared the odor from the air, and there were no more complaints.
