Wednesday, May 23, 2012, 4:05 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department responded to an address in the 100 block of Carey Court for an odor investigation. A resident reports a smell in the residence. After investigating, the firefighters believe the smell was from a gas can, there was no leak or danger to residents. Firefighters were on scene for about 15 minutes.
