Wednesday, March 11, 2015 — The Bardstown Fire Department responded to an active fire alarm at Shoe Sensations, 231 Kentucky Home Square in Bardstown. Firefighters responded to the alarm at 2:45 p.m. Crews checked the building and found nothing that would have triggered the alarm. They checked an adjacent building and found no problems and determined the problem was an alarm malfunction. Firefighters were on the scene for about 10 minutes.
