Wednesday, May 9, 2012, 6:45 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department responded to a residential fire alarm at 3050 East John Rowan at about 6:34 Wednesday evening. Firefighters arrived to learn that burned food had activated the fire alarm, there was no fire. Firefighters were on scene for a short while.
