Friday, June 7, 2012, 11:41 a.m. — Bardstown Police were asked to respond to the area of Kroger’s for two cows that were seen roaming the area about 11:40 Friday morning. The cows apparently escaped from a nearby veterinarian’s office. Police helped locate the cows and assisted in their recovery. Officers were on scene for about 20 minutes.
