Thursday, May 15, 2012, 11:20 p.m. — Nelson County EMS and Boston Fire responded to Blessed Assurance Community Services, 10233 Boston Road, for an individual with a head injury following a fall. EMS was dispatched to the location about 12:20 p.m. Thursday. The patient was transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown for treatment.
