Monday, March 5, 2012, 2 p.m. – A deputy sheriff was requested to respond to an address on Campground Church Road about 2 p.m. Monday for a report that the rotting carcass of a horse belonging to a neighbor was in the creek next to the caller’s home. The caller said there were other horse carcasses in the neighbor’s field.
