City police out on foot near Granite Drive after report of gunshots

Friday, Dec. 24, 2010, 3 p.m. — Bardstown police officers are out on foot along the woods near Granite Drive for a report of hunters in the woods. An employee of a local business reported seeing the men in the woods and hearing gunshots.

3:24 p.m. — Officer is unable to locate the hunter, but believes he knows who it was and will contact the individual later regarding hunting inside the city limits.
