Monday, July 4, 2011, 11:59 p.m. — Nelson County EMS responded to the J. Dan Talbott Amphitheatre for a 22-year-old woman who was injured backstage after a fall. The victim was suffering from back pain after tripping and falling during a performance practice. EMS transported the woman to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment. The accident happened about 11:30 Monday night.
