STAFF REPORT
Saturday, July 2, 2016, 6 p.m. — Nelson County EMS, Bardstown Police and Fire were dispatched at 6 p.m. Friday evening for a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Templin Avenue and Hillcrest Drive with possible injuries. One person with complaints of head pain refused transport to the hospital by EMS.
