Oct. 31, 2013, 11:58 p.m. — Nelson County EMS and the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office were sent to the 1000 block of Creek Pointe Drive Thursday evening for a report of a 17-year-old girl threatening to harm herself. The girl was believed to have taken an undetermined quantity of Xanax and was suicidal. First-responders were dispatched to the scene at about 7:20 p.m. EMS transported the teen to Flaget Memorial Hospital.
