EMS, police respond to reported drug overdose on North Third

Tuesday, June 11, 2013, 6:08 p.m. — A woman in her 40’s was hospitalized Tuesday after she took an overdose of a prescription medicine. Nelson County EMS and Bardstown Police were dispatched at about 5:20 p.m. to a room at the Wilson Motel, 530 North Third St., for what was described as an overdose. The woman was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment.
