Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, 7:05 p.m. — Nelson County EMS and the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 6000 block of Louisville Road for an apparent suicide. Callers to Nelson County Dispatch told dispatchers of finding a male subject lying in a pool of blood. The Nelson Count Coroner and a police department chaplain also responded to the scene. The call to dispatch came in about 6:45 Wednesday evening.
