Thursday, May 12, 2011, 12:20 p.m. — Nelson County EMS is responding to a three-vehicle injury accident on East John Rowan Blvd. in front of Tatum Auto Supply. Initial reports are that a 32-year-old male victim is complaining of neck and back pain. The individual declined treatment from EMS.
