STAFF REPORT
Sunday, Sept. 20, 2015, 2 p.m. — Nelson County EMS responded Sunday morning to Northgate apartments on East O’Bryan Avenue for a possible overdose. At 11:42 a.m., EMS was dispatched after a 58-year-old woman was found unresponsive but breathing. EMTs administered Narcan and transported the woman to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment.
