STAFF REPORT
Monday, March 16, 2015, 1 a.m. — Nelson County EMS and police responded to the 300 block of Fifth 
Street in New Haven for a report of a 41-year-old woman who had taken a possible overdose of prescription medication. The woman declined to be transported by EMS. She was arrested on two outstanding warrants and lodged in the Nelson County Jail.
