Friday, Oct. 10, 2014, 2 a.m. — Nelson County EMS responded Wednesday afternoon to a report of a man struck by forklift at American Fuji Seal, 1051 Bloomfield Road. EMS responded to the call at 3:47 p.m. The man was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, including right ankle pain and abrasions, right shoulder and neck pain, and left hip and lower back pain.
