STAFF REPORT
Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014, 12:30 a.m. — Nelson County EMS responded Monday afternoon about 1:40 to a report of someone injured in a fall at Foster Heights Elementary School, 211 East Muir Ave. A 53-year-old staff member was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital with complaints of right shoulder, back and head pain.
