EMS responds to report of teen injured in fight at school

Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014, 7:30 p.m. — Nelson County EMS responded to the area of Bardstown Elementary School, 310 North Fifth St., for a report of an injured teenager. At about 3:30 p.m. Thursday, EMS was dispatched to the school for a 13-year-old boy who was reported to have suffered a knee injury in a fight. EMS transported the injured teen to Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville for treatment.
