Thursday, July 28, 2011, 2:12 p.m. — Nelson County eMS was dispatched to a report of an elderly woman slumped over the steering wheel of her vehicle between the 32 and 34 mile marker on the Blue Grass Parkway. Neither police nor EMS find anything in that area of the parkway.
